   Following terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

2. Ordering
   You can place an order through our website at any time. Orders are confirmed via email. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, or force majeure events.
3. Prices and Payment
   All prices are listed in DKK and include applicable Danish VAT (moms). We accept payment by [list payment methods, e.g., Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay]. Payment is deducted at the time of order confirmation.
4. Delivery
   We deliver throughout Denmark. Delivery times vary based on your location and availability of products. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. We aim to deliver within 1 business days unless otherwise specified. Delivery fees may apply and are shown at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Forbrugeraftaleloven)
   As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the goods are in their original condition and unopened. Note: Perishable goods (e.g. fresh produce) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Danish law.

6. Complaints (Reklamationsret)
   According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month complaint period on all goods purchased from us. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Danish law.
